Google Cloud KMS has shipped quantum-safe digital signatures, quantum-safe key encapsulation mechanisms and quantum-safe key import. The key import feature targets the exposure in bring-your-own-key workflows, where customer key material is wrapped under an RSA public key and could be harvested now and decrypted later. The source is a third-party blog post that gives no release date. It says the remaining constraint is whether organisations enable these features and whether their applications and SDKs can use them.
