A course project repo by dpatel-sec demonstrating FHE with OpenFHE's BFV scheme in Python: encrypted feature vectors, a plaintext-vs-FHE benchmark, and a hybrid Hugging Face distilgpt2 demo. A bonus client-server pipeline has the server score encrypted input while only the client decrypts. In the recorded run, encrypted and plaintext results matched exactly, but homomorphic operations were significantly slower.

The overflow bound K is now folded into the CoeffsToSlots matrix at setup, leaving the runtime scalar an exact power of two. The PR also makes bootstrapping lookups throw on precomputations from a different variant (regular, FBT, FEFBT) and adds new tests.
