Gorgias published a public benchmark of 13 AI support vendors on 212 live ecommerce stores. The top five resolve 64% to 75% of conversations and the median is 48%, while Zendesk (37%), Intercom (42%) and Klaviyo (21%) trail. Quality scores differ from automation rates: Ada resolves 68% but scores 39 on quality, while Sierra resolves 48% with a quality score of 72.

The Gorgias benchmark and the international revenue data carry the most specific, usable numbers.
Eight of twelve public B2B companies SaaStr examined get 40% or more of revenue from international markets, and many passed 20% before placing anyone on the ground. Klaviyo's two regional hubs (Dublin and Singapore) moved its international share from 39.5% to 42% in a year, with international revenue up 33% against 22% in the US.
SaaStr's three-person team replaced Calendly with a custom booker that its AI agent built on Replit in about 20 minutes. The booker delivers a tailored sponsor prospectus at booking time and routes the meeting to whoever already owns related sponsor accounts, which Calendly couldn't do. The team says the agent's suggestion alone wasn't reason enough to build it.
