A commit to EIP-8141 (frame transactions) changes the expiry verifier from the fixed address 0x8141 to 0x81413f0cF12e9b6a49B1D0439E081c577D57FfFf. The contract is now deployed as an ordinary contract through a pre-signed deployment transaction (sender 0xE514C70E18d981A9A72E83C30db9c13e05a50b97, gas 0x3d090) instead of being installed by clients at activation.

It also adds a bare `0xae` row to the examples table, marked as an invalid (truncated) extension.
A commit to EIP-7906 removes the TBD gas constants and prices every TXTRACE call at WARM_STORAGE_READ_COST (100, per EIP-2929) for every param. The per-address and per-topic view and flags params (0x06–0x0C) now cost 100 instead of a flat TXTRACE_GAS_COST. Storage-slot and balance/codehash params still cost 2100 or 2600 when cold.
